This blog has been more my platform for venting than an actual tool of change --lazy activism, if you will. Or maybe it's just that my interest in seeing the world change has been replaced by a deep cynicism about whether that change will happen. It takes a lot of energy to sustain anger against a cultural machine. And that anger is starting to feel more futile and self-defeating. I mean, how many times and in how many ways can you say "Fuck racists. Fuck sexists. Fuck rich people. Fuck community-destroying trolls.
