What a wonderously beautiful story and so eloquently written.
When we know we have choice it becomes one of the most magical words in our vocabulary. Your sons are as blessed to have you as you are to have them.
My son and one of my grandsons visited this weekend. Derek was supposed to leave Sunday afternoon but when the time comes, we just can't seem to say goodbye.
He did was he always does, decides to get up very early Monday morning and drive the two and a half hours to his home and his work.
It's so sweet, this inability to say goodbye, still, forty years after his birth. Being a mom is so amazing even when we have to grow into it.
