Where does your bargaining unit stand on this? Why are they not involved in your lawsuit? What is your bargaining unit?
Where can I get a copy of your lawsuit? I have forwarded this series to the president of our local; he has forwarded it to other locals. Our local is entering into bargaining on the PIV (rebadging) and we want to be as well prepared as possible.
