Until recently I would have said Obama needs someone like Webb on the ticket, a tough white guy to reassure more traditional voters. But now I am not so sure. I think American voters have finally matured enough to recognize that Obama/Richardson really would be a dream team. I still think Obama will go with a tough white guy, but we'll see.

Words to live by Sometimes it feels satisfying. But more often it seems ineffective and pointless. This blog has been more my platform for venting than an actual tool of change --lazy activism, if you will. Or maybe it's just that my interest in seeing the world change has been replaced by a deep cynicism about whether that change will happen.
