History suggests it won't be pretty.

My actual prediction is they will largely be ignored. They will be promised jobs but little prospertity will come to them. They will be moved off any land a corporation or government wants. I think the Black Mountain situation in Arizona you reminded me of is the model for what will happen. Not exactly genocide, but certainly not doing the right thing. They will be seen as irrelavent to "progress."
