Fines For Fox News
Just for clarification, the FCC can't fine Fox News. The FCC oversees broadcasters, who use over the air signals which are regulated by the FCC. (IE if you didn't have cable, and could still get the channel using an old over the air antennae, then that station would fall under FCC regulation.)
Fox News is a cable network, not a broadcaster, so they don't fall into that catagory. (Same reason why no cable networks have ever been fined.)
If something is said on the Fox News radio network then they could possibly face a fine, because that content is received by antennae.
