CNN announced Hillary Clinton will suspend her campaign on Saturday

A lot of speculation and even articles had been saying that Hillary Clinton was ending her campaign on Friday.

Adam Nagourney was the only who called Clinton's move a suspension and just a few hours ago they update their post to reflect the news coming out of CNN --that indeed Hillary Clinton is suspending her campaign. Yet, just in crazy making, pyschological space hogging fashion, some insiders say she's "expressing her support and party unity" to Barack Obama while others are saying she conceding defeat.

I don't trust her.

I don't doubt it was her intention all along to have yet another big event after Tuesday so she could take away from Obama 4 more days of enthusiasm and focus.

I don't doubt either that she's going to use this moment to show her force and draw the line on the sand as far as the VP nomination goes. And because she gets to keep all her delegates, she'll use that as a way to steal the show from Obama come August.

I have no doubt at all that she'll want as much air and party time during the convention as Obama and that's why I don't trust her to do the right thing on Saturday.

As I wrote before, Hillary Clinton needs to unleash her psychological violence onto others, even as she considers herself a victim of circumstance. It's what gives her a sense of purpose.

She's going to use Saturday to focus the spotlight on her, once again, and even maybe get Obama on the stage with her so she can make her terrible, horrible and self-serving case to be VP.

WHATEVER IT TAKES

Once again we see the cunning of the Clinton machine in action. Hillary, by making herself open to be VP, has figured the odds of Obamas early demise. She is banking on stepping into the Presidency after another tragic assassination. She will stop at nothing to become Queen Hillary.

QUOTES

The question is whether or not linking makes earning those things easier or more difficult. To be honest I really don't want you to shape my thoughts. I'd rather you provide me the material to shape my own. The quality of the material you provide and the way you provide it will define your reputation in my mind and hence will define the attention you will get from me. Remember, attention is something that you get from me, but you don't get it for nothing, you have to earn it. In my mind, linking helps you earn it, not linking doesn't.

There is something about the interconnectedness of blogging and the web in general that makes information silos seem unnatural. You're feeding off the web for information but not necessarily feeding back into it. You are utilizing only a portion of the power of the medium by not linking in order to forward your own goal (being a thought shaper I guess..), which is fine - to each his own. I guess the gist of it is that information silos are a bad thing, unless the silo is me. Bah.
