John McCain is a petty, hateful man

This exchange between Obama and McCain was also noted at The New York Time's Caucus blog :

So Obama crossed over into enemy territory.

He walked over to where McCain was chatting with Republican Sen. Mel Martinez of Florida and Independent Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman of Connecticut. And he stretched out his arm and offered his hand to McCain.

McCain shook it, but with a “go away” look that no one could miss. He tried his best not to even look at Obama.

Finally, with a tight smile, McCain managed a greeting: “Good to see you.”

Obama got the message. He shook hands with Martinez and Lieberman — both of whom greeted him more warmly — and quickly beat a retreat back to the Democratic side.

McCain deserves to have his nose wiped on the floor with a massive Obama landslide. Comeuppance. It's a thought that has been on my mind for the past few weeks whenever McCain is the topic.

It's like we're trapped in a modern mashup version of the "Magnificent Ambersons" and "Citizen Kane". McCain needs some serious comeuppance because if he is a great man, he's definitely keeping it to himself.

PRETTY PETTY

Talk about petty, how friggin petty can you get over a hand shake and an unwelcoming stare? Maybe McCain was not in the mood to hear Obama spout off all of his hope, change, rainbows and unicorns bullcrap for the umpteenth time and knowing it's all contrivedby Obamas puppet masters, who have yet to be exposed.

SUCH GAMES YOU PLAY

BTW, the McCain photo here was taken by an admitted Obama supporter who also admits she took the photo in the most unflattering way intentionally. McCain does not have the look or arrogance of your great Messiah Obama, but he does have the look of a confident Commander-in-Chief.
