Open Letter to President Obama in reference to the next Supreme Court Justice

Dear President Obama,

Would you please consider appointing Laurence Tribe as Justice Souter's replacement at the Supreme Court? Please, please pretty please with cherry on top?!?!?

Your biggest legacy should be to turn the Supreme Court into a juridical Thunderdome with Laurence playing MadMax to Scalia's MasterBlaster. It would be awesome to have a Justice Tribe doling serving after serving of judicial whoopass to Scalia as payback for Bush vs. Gore.

C'mon 'bama! You can do it! You can take a bold left to the left step and get the biggest mind in US Constitutional Law of our era appointed to the Supreme Court. C'mon,beybay, make us proud!
