Civil rights leader Jesse Jackson said Thursday he's backing Democrat Barack Obama in his presidential bid, giving his support to a new generation of black politicians.
''He has my vote,'' the Rev. Jackson said.

Yup, Edwards is ahead in Iowa, always has been, in fact. Maybe, just maybe, the country is tired of Washington political machines and their favored dynasties. There's reason for hope.
