Update: And, on the morning after, TX-23 wakes up to Ciro Rodriguez as their new Rep. (with 54% of the vote). One more Dem pick up and a surprise one at that!

Update: At 10 PM: 67% of vote in...Ciro pulls FURTHER ahead.

With 55% of the precincts reporting, Ciro Rodriguez is solidly ahead. Ciro was not the best campaigner, and yet it looks like we might have an upset win for Dems and one more House seat pick up!
