VIDEO: Justice Samuel Alito has a judicial activist moment during the State of the Union address

Last year it was Joe Wilson screaming "you lie" to Obama. This year it's none other than allegedly impartial and free of bias Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.

The example of strict constructionist judicial unbias shows his true colors to the whole world by disagreeing with Obama's criticism of the Supreme Court's decision to lift the limits on corporate political contributions by expanding the definition of corporate personhood.

Watch it!

The irony of brown-skinned white supremacists

i am paid to be a brown-skinned white supremacist

White supremacists come in all colors and Michelle Malkin absolutely proves it --along with Clarence Thomas, by the way.

Never mind that Judge Sotomayor was part of a unanimous appeal in the Second Circuit that wanted to uphold precedent. Never mind that Sotomayor and all the other judges felt for the firefighters and were sympathetic to their cause (aka, had empathy), yet they still were looking at the facts based on legal precedence. Never mind that Justice Ginsburg, in her dissent believes that "The Courts' order and opinion ... will have no staying power" (pages 55-56 of PDF of SOTUS decision)

In the eyes of race bater, white supremacist yet brown-skinned filipina like Michelle Malkin, Sonia Sotomayor is a racist.

Have you oppressed a white man yet?

oppressed white man

As a Puerto Rican black woman with a graduate education and a new media platform in the form of a blog, it is my duty to rally my people into a frenzy of il-advised yet necessary reverse racist shenanigans. It is the Puerto Rican Woman Of Color's (aka, PRWOC) burden to bring meaning and a sense of purpose to the lives of oppressed white men like Newt Gingrich.

So please, let's make sure that we get on with the program of alienating, belittling and oppressing that most fragile of ethnic and gender groups in the United States, the disgraced former lawmaker and republican ex-speaker of the House. Let's make sure that we play our manifest destiny of bringing oppressive woe to the likes of Newt Gingrich.

And if you do a funny pic like the one above, you get to win a culturekitchen FOCK t-shirt.

QUOTES

Facebook

Facebook's privacy pullback isn't just outrageous; it's a landmark turning point for the social network. Facebook has blundered before, but the latest changes are far more calculated. The company has, in short, turned evil.

Its new privacy policy have turned the social network inside out: millions of people have signed up because Facebook offers a sense of safety. For the last five years — as long as you're relatively careful about who you accept as your friends — what you do and say on Facebook for the most part stays on Facebook. Katie Couric's daughter first posted pictures of her famous mom dancing silly in 2006, but it took three years for them to leak to us. (Thank you tipsters!) But virtually overnight and without a clear warning, Facebook has completely reversed those user expectations. Their new privacy settings amount to making anything you post on Facebook to be public, unless you go to great lengths to keep your info private.

The most insidious part of Facebook's scheme to expose user data has been how the company framed them, claiming to want to enhance privacy. In an open letter to his 350 million+ users, CEO Mark Zuckerberg claimed he believed the old privacy framework was "no longer the best way for you to control your privacy," and that the new system would give people "even more control of their information." It would be "simpler" and finer-grained.
